LADIKO

A quiet bay with fabulous scenery above and below the water. With negligible tides and generally calm waters the visibility is rarely less than 15 meters and usually 20 plus meters.A dive site for more experienced divers, it offers a wall dive sloping down to 30 + meters. Due to its level of difficulty, divers must first dive with us in Kalithea before booking Ladiko.

We have a special offer for divers who book six dives or more with us. The Waterhoppers Diving School are always trying to keep the underwater environment of Kalithea clear of rubbish, to improve the view for us as divers, but more importantly to prevent the damage that trash can do to aquatic organisms. So for those divers who book six or more dives with us - get one extra dive free! All we ask in return is that you take a collecting bag with you and fill it with rubbish.

Environmental Survey

We at the Waterhoppers Diving School are concerned about the health of our seas, and to help monitor this we are carrying out a survey of the underwater life in Kalithea Bay. In recent years we have seen an increase in the number and variety of fish in Kalithea Bay - why and how can we maintain this increase? Join us on one of our survey dives and help us to monitor the health of our bay and learn more about the type and habits of the fish and plant life we have here in the process.
