Padi Divemaster Course
As a well established school with many years experience the Waterhoppers Diving School is in an ideal position to host training courses for PADI Professionals. We have extended the Divemaster course to include training in sales, operations management, equipment maintenance, tank filling and, perhaps most importantly, hands on experience with real diving clients.
The PADI Divemaster course consists of four basic sections: Dive Theory: self study, assisted by Instructor presentation and DVD leading to theory exam. Stamina Exercises: designed to test your physical fitness. General Diving Skills: including mapping, rescue assessment and diving skills assessment. Dive Leader & Professional Assistant: plan and lead a dive for qualified divers, organise and carry out divemaster conducted programmes and act as a professional assistant to a PADI Instructor.
The PADI Divemaster course takes a minimum of 21 days to complete, but it normally takes around 30 days. The PADI Divemaster course is normally conducted at our dive base in Rhodes Town.
