This page is owned by the Waterhoppers Diving Center. Any use of the content of the page without the written approval of the school is strictly prohibited. For republication of the page please contact firstname.lastname@example.org first to approve it.
The page does not use the visitor's personal information (location, name, etc.). However, some background services (such as Google Analytics) can collect some basic information which is always anonymous and unable to link the visitor to these items
The page uses a Let's Encrypt (SSL) certificate, which ensures the user's security while staying on the page. No malicious code is hosted on the page.
Any sending of data made by the user, as can be done through the communication forms, is not at risk and is treated as personal data. They are not stored and reused for any purpose. The only storage of basic customer data is that of making a reservation, which is made in a safe environment.

Through the page, the visitor has the option to make a reservation request. Under no circumstances can the reservation be considered to be a reservation unless there is confirmation from the school. There is no direct booking through the page, only the reservation request.
If a reservation request is confirmed by the school, this is consider a completed reservation. The school reserves the right to cancel a reservation for reasons it deems necessary by always giving the customer the option of either total cancellation or moving the date of booking if possible. Reasons, why the school can cancel a reservation, include inappropriate weather conditions, technical difficulties, and so on.

The WaterHoppers Diving Center states responsibly that it would not use the personal data provided by its customers (such as name, email, telephone, etc.) for any commercial or promotional use. If any of these are going to happen in the future, each customer will be informed separately and requested his / her secrecy. In no case will such information be passed on to third parties.
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's Alpha e-Commerce payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
